"Staff very helpful. Even when the delivery drivers could not access to hotel they went out of their way to hết my food delivery. Thank you all"

"Very nice clean rooms. The staff members were exceptionally polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Great breakfast buffet. Overall a great experience. I would stay there again."

"The room that we got was much less spacious than what was advertised, there was very little space but the room was nice and clean. The soundproofing is not good and there were very loud guests. Was looking forward to the pool as it said there was a poolside bar but that was not open and the loud guests were also at the pool. It was nice to have breakfast included but it was pretty limited. Overall it was okay, the staff were nice."

"ベッドの寝心地が良かった。エレベーターは2台のみなので、時間帯によっては少し混雑することもありましたが、個人的にはそこまで気になりませんでした。毎日お水を補充してくれるのも地味に嬉しいポイントでした。立地も良く、全体的に快適に過ごすことができました。上層階でしたが、バイクのクラクションが聞こえ気になりましたが、ベトナムなのでしょうがない。"

"We had a bit of a snafu when we got there as our passports had not been stamped correctly. The front desk was so helpful to us. We had to contact the ship we had come from and have it emailed or we would not have been able to spend the night there. I really appreciate the kindness. The staff gave us. The rooms were so cute in a French style. There's a beautiful pool with a beautiful views on the roof. Thank you to all of the lovely staff!"

"Very friendly staff. Accommodated with holding luggages at the property at no charge. Would definitely stay again."

"Lovely staff - Du provided excellent check out. This is a very large hotel used for conferences so you need to be aware you might share as we did with 300 Australians on a work conference who are very loud and vomit in the lift. But otherwise fabulous staff and good location"

"Pleasant stay"

"Amazing breakfast buffet. Stored luggage after check out if you need it. Coupons given for food/spa. Amazing 90 minute massage. Money exchange at check in counter. Very friendly clean hotel. Highly recommend and would definitely go back"

"The hotel is clean and good price range for the location. The breakfast buffet is decent. My was included in the room so I didn't know if it is worth it. The room is clean and large. If you ignore the funny design of the room where they try to keep it opened space between the bed room and the bathroom. The hotel is a good walking distance too all the spots in the area."

"This hotel was perfect. The room was spotless and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. All the staff were kind, welcoming and very helpful. One of the members of staff Tai was especially helpful and always had advice and tips to make our stay in Ho Chi Minh City easier and more memorable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and there was always wide range of choice. There is a children's play area which has an abundance of toys and space for our son to play in It is situated in an ideal...
