"My check-in was... "interesting"! I arrived in Saigon after midnight due to a late night flight, but despite sending a message to the hotel regarding this, no one seemed to be aware of my late arrival or even my reservation. The owner arrived from a a different location and she gave me a lift on her moped to another hotel. The room I was offered is outstanding, featuring very stylish interior design, space and peace! Possibly one of the best rooms I've ever stayed in and easily compensated...

The hotel was impeccably clean, and every staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. I'd like to particularly commend Ho and Thuy at the front desk, and Duy, the doorman, for their outstanding service. Their assistance was truly impressive. I used to stay at Caravelle, but after this wonderful experience, my wife and I have decided to make your hotel our preferred choice whenever we visit Vietnam, which is typically four times a year.
