This was a lovely property

The first thing that strikes you as you arrive is how pretty and homely it is! Perfect for a party of six with plenty of space. We particularly enjoyed the pool, eating on the balcony and views. We hired a car and enjoyed trips to Pollença, Port de Sóller and Sa Pobla- Also stayed around the villa on a couple of days and made use of the local amenities- the village of Búger was a 10 minute walk and we enjoyed the local restaurants and cafes. It was a heat wave for the duration of our stay - air con in the bedrooms was a huge benefit at night. We found the host Antonia to be very helpful and welcoming.

A few small things..

The property was great and very comfortable, fantastic views from the balconies!! ..just a few minor things, the showers were very limescaled up, one was broken and one of the bedrooms smelt bad and the window didn’t shut, luckily we didn’t need to use this extra bedroom. Another baking tray, sharp knife etc. Salad spinner would be good for the kitchen. But we had a lovely time in this house and didn’t mind at all the very friendly cats that visited all week.

Magical week

Beautiful house in an ideal setting, private, but close enough to the village to walk in (approx 10 mins) where there are a couple of bars/restaurants, a bakery and a well-stocked little supermarket. The house is lovely and spacious with a wonderful terrace and pool. I am sure other guests leave things like salt and oil, laundry detergent and toilet paper, as we did - to have those things available would be appreciated, as in a week, they are necessary but it's difficult to use it all up, so it gets left behind. I would like to think other guests could make use of it ( I know we would have).

Gorgeous house and pool

Finding the property was easy and everything was as expected on arrival. We met the owner who came to water the plants on the first full day but she was lovely and explained where everything was etc. The location is quiet but close to restaurants and cafes and only around 17 mins from the beach. Would highly recommend the patisserie/bakery in Búger! The pool area and terrace were perfect for family meals and fun in the pool. It is quite a deep pool so younger families need to be aware of that but was fine for us as we only had one toddler with us. I loved having a decent sized pool to swim in and we made good use of it on the warmest days. A couple of the doors don’t fully shut (upstairs bathroom in particular) but not an issue for us. Really very minor and easily solved by popping something in front of the door to hold it shut. Overall we would definitely visit again and thank you for such a lovely stay!

Gorgeous, peaceful home with stunning pool

The location was perfect for us - a few cafes and restaurants in the small town of Buger but we had a car and got to explore the stunning beaches and surrounding areas. Only 30 mins from the airport which was perfect. Less than 10 mins from Sa Pobla for restaurants and supermarkets etc. Definitely get bottled water (we did drink tap on our first night as it was too late to head out and it wasn&#39t that nice to drink). The house was amazing - we were a family of 4 adults and 1 toddler and had plenty of space. We enjoyed breakfasts on the terrace, swimming in the pool, BBQ&#39s by the pool etc. The showers were of a decent pressure (have had some in the past that weren&#39t good enough to wash my hair!). We did have to pay for electricity at the end (which we knew about) and I was pleasantly surprised that it was only around 72euro. Don&#39t let it put you off as we used the aircon as much as needed and I was half expecting a huge bill but I felt it was reasonable for our useage. Recommendations: the cafe&#47pattiserie in Buger has beautiful cakes and is just a short walk away. There is another cafe just outside the church which was very reasonably priced (around 4euro for a coffee and coke). Really handy when you can&#39t be bothered to drive out. Port de soller was the highlight of our visit and is well worth the 45 min drive. Alcudia beach had the clearest blue water and white sand but Port de Pollenca beach was probably my favourite for quieter family vibes.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Sehr entspannter Urlaub

Wunderschöne Finca in wunderschöner zentraler Lage.

Great house with big pool & nice outdoor kitchen. Perfect for families!

We had a great time in Buger. The village Buger is not very interesting. Just a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and 2 restaurants. But it's walking distance from the house and Buger is not far (15 - 20 min) from the nice beaches of Pollenca and Alcudia. Also just 25 minutes from Palma. The house is spacious, with 3 nice bedrooms - all with aircondtioning, and the downstairs living area is also big and fresh, It's a perfect house for families. The Pool is big and has easy steps going in. Also the sunbeds are comfortable and the outside kitchen is cosy and perfectly in the shade for lunch and dinner. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this house!

Lovely location and lovely pool

Very rustic property with lots of character. Bathroom downstairs needs replacing as the toilet is marked and the bath/shower does not work independently. The beds were very basic. Electric kept going off in the evenings when the lights and air- con was on. We had a break in during our stay, the owner was there very quickly and got a carpenter to repair the patio door. This incident unfortunately upset our two grandsons and with the kitchen door being glass and the outside shutter door not having a lock on it gave us concern that they may come back again. The villa is in a lovely location and the pool was wonderful.
