The room was very clean & quiet!

We have stayed in $400+ hotels and both agreed this one was better! Rooms are very spacious and clean and staff is more than ready to help and quick to respond if you need anything. Very good experience for us and we will likely stay again!

We had a good experience staying in the hotel. The only bad thing was a strong smell of cleaning supplies. It smelled like lysol all over the main area/lobby and it was very very strong and not pleasant. Hopefully in the future you'll find some better and less smelling solutions.

The rooms met expectations. Having a Kitchen was great. The staff was helpful. The complementary breakfast was minimum and diss appointing.

I stayed for recovery from. Surgical procedure. There was extra room for a visiting nurse. I have used Staybridge suites several times and have never been disappointed.

This facility is so well managed. It isn’t a new building, but you can tell they take pride in maintaining the property and taking good care of their customers. Breakfast was amazing with made to order omelets in addition to so many other options. They even switch it up from day to day so you have different choices. Check in process was extremely easy and simple and saved so much time doing it upon arrival. Front Desk staff was kind and accommodating! Room was spacious , clean and comfy!

We are a family of 4 and stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, the hotel is amazing and realky clean, BUT is close to an airport and you can everything at night, even during the day. The first night was a dog there and was barking at midnight 😏

The breakfast here is THE BEST were have ever had in this price range and area with a lot of options, large area and neat. The rooms are really big. We are a party is 6 and the room was more than sufficient for 6. The beds are clean and restrooms are very well stocked. Staff is really courteous and accommodating. The room had both a microwave and a fridge, which you don't find both of town in rooms in many places. This helped us as we has elders and kids in our party. Very highly recommend hotel

I gotta say I would definitely recommend this Hotel and will book with them again if Im around chicago again. The room looks clean and VERY spacious with affordable price. It has heated pool and a gym. Also I paid extra to include the breakfast buffet during my visit which was worth it.

I stay here often and its consistently a prime spot in the area. The location is great as it's close to many places but not overly congested. The larger rooms at the either end of each floor have microwaves and mini fridges as well as lots of space. Other guests can be noisy and inconsiderate at times but that's an issue of manners and upbringing and not on the hotel.
