"The staff was excellent"

"There was some brownish reddish liquid drippy rusty something from the bathtubs, and while flatiron it my hair, some water dropped from the ceiling. I was afraid I md get electrocuted. The breakfast was great and the staff was very nice. They even brought me a crib."

"I stayed at The Westin because I had a work trip in downtown Houston. If you’re looking for something nearby the convention center, that’s quiet and has some good restaurants nearby, this hotel is amazing. Not only that, the king bedroom is spacious, great amenities with a spacious bathroom, a snooz white noise machine, and even an option to rent two monitors, a keyboard / mouse via Outpost. Truly an amazing experience as a business traveler. The staff at front desk were so helpful."

"Very nice helpful staff. Very clean and luxurious. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Houston. If you like luxury The Thompson is the right place."

"Everything was wonderful!"

"The bedsheets and pillow covers were full of sweat stains or whatever they were. Very gross. It took 3 complaints to the front desk to take care of it."

"Hotel viejo y descuidado en las áreas comunes como el elevador, no tiene estacionamiento propio, el valet te cobra muy caro, sobre 60 dólares diario"
