"Great hotel with great staff. Loved my stay here. "

"This hotel is located in a great area. I could walk to restaurants and supermarkets, or hop on a nearby metro or bus. My room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable with a nice city view. The pool area and gym were well-maintained too. I even cooked a couple of times in the nicely stocked kitchenette. My only critiques are: 1) The washing machine on my floor was broken, but they gave me a card to use the one upstairs. 2) The bathroom scale in my room didn't work. 3) Shower head needs to be upgraded. Shout out to Alberto and Arnold for helping to make my first visit to Panama City such a good one. I would absolutely stay here again. "

"Beautiful artsy boutique decor. Amazing helpful staff. Lots of areas for pics or just to sit and wait. Great pool size and great pub. Breakfast was simple and enjoyable. But There could’ve been more seating for breakfast. "

"Excellent hotel. Very attentive and friendly staff. It's a very quiet, clean, and above all, safe place. This was my third time here, and this time I had the unpleasant experience of getting sick, so my husband called the front desk to request an ambulance. The staff on duty immediately arrived and escorted me to my room, where I was immediately assisted. Thank you to the hotel staff for their diligence. The cleaning staff was excellent, and the hotel's breakfast and dinner were very good. Thank you for everything."

"My stay was very good, staff were helpful, accommodating, friendly, easy to communicate with and overall just a really positive experience. Location was convenient, easy walk to train station, restaurants and all amenities. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was always sufficient, tasty and with varieties. I highly recommend Novotel for your stay in Panama. Much acknowledgement to these staff Adella, Diego, Wanda, Duvan and Javier."
