"We arrives very late and the gentleman greeted us with professionalism. Clean and nice place but I wish they served continental breakfast. That what of been a BIG plus."

"They absolutely loved staying here! Me and my one year-old son as we wanted to Parkhop thank you and get a break in the midday. Although the hotel is a little farther than I expected, it had wonderful amenities and was very well themed! Staff was super helpful and there was a general store on location with fresh food and anything you could need! The biggest bonus was a Japanese/sushi restaurant also right in the hotel where I got a delicious sushi roll for dinner before we headed back to the park for the parade at night! I definitely will be staying there again! I also have to mention we had a double queen room, which was spacious and great for my kid to run around and play in! There is also an arcade which he enjoyed looking at!"

"Absolutely perfect in every way! Short walk to the parks, clean, convenient, comfortable. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable about the area. My four year old said he’d rather play at the pool and splash pad than go to Disneyland."

"This whole place is not anything like the pictures on Expedia… trash and litter outside everywhere. Inside it smells musty and the place looks run down. Our first room had mildew, mold and leaking windows to the point that it sounded like they were wide open. Was moved to another room, still had mildew but it was quieter. The beds were awful, basically box springs. Had to ask front desk for 4 fleece blankets to sleep on top of. Would have checked out and went elsewhere but it was not an option financially. The lady at the front desk was very understanding and apologized for everything. Obviously it’s not her fault she just works there but it’s wild that this place hasn’t been shut down. Also, the WIFI didn’t work, was told they only have 1 router for the whole hotel…laundry room wasn’t working either apparently due to theft? Overall was a terrible experience and we will never stay there again."

"Excellent front desk staff. Very accommodating and friendly. I enjoy staying at this hotel for the convenience to Knotts Berry Farm and the hotel accommodations. However, I do have to say the bed was really hard this time. Don’t remember it being like that before. Overall, I enjoy this hotel and would return."
