"This was our first time staying here, and overall we had a good experience. Our kids absolutely loved the hotel, especially its castle-like theme and the game room. The property was clean and well-maintained, although it does feel a bit outdated throughout the rooms and hallways.
Our room was clean for the most part, except for the area around and underneath the TV, which could have used more attention. The rooms, particularly the bathrooms, could also benefit from some updates. The bathrooms seemed to lack some of the basic amenities and level of cleanliness that guests expect while on vacation. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the unique atmosphere the hotel offers.
One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing view of the Disneyland fireworks from the hotel and its shuttle to the parks. It was such a fun bonus and made the experience even more memorable. Despite a few areas that could use improvement, we enjoyed our stay and would probably choose to stay here again."
