Welcome to Wine Country Ranch Escape!

Enjoy a weekend staycation in the heart of horse country! This beautiful studio is set on an exclusive 5 acre working ranch and boasts dedicated horse stalls right by your door. Fully-equipped with kitchen, King sized bed, Wi-Fi & laundry facilities, this authentic countryside studio promises you all the luxury amenities while still captivating nature's tranquility. Feel like part of a real farm and enjoy its convenient location near world renowned wineries & dining spots just moments away.

This is a legal farm stay accommodation located in the County of Santa Barbara. The MAX guest limit is 2 ADULTS, no children are allowed due to close proximity to horses and that this is a "working horse ranch" with numerous other animals. Bed is king sized!

Horses cannot be boarded or ridden at this property. No pets allowed due to insurance restrictions.
Please inquire first for any stay longer than 30 days. Property Owner approval required.
This property may or may not have surveillance cameras installed in common areas for security purposes only. Any such cameras (if applicable) are strictly limited to public common areas and are expressly prohibited in any location where a reasonable expectation of privacy exists, in accordance with California Penal Code 647(j).
Good Neighbor Policy and city regulations require the use of decibel monitoring devices when located in residential areas.
These are not listening or recording devices.

We didn’t use the laundry or much of the kitchen. But we did use the Keurig and were grateful for the coffee pods! Everything was perfect and comfortable!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Contacted the hosts after our GPS took us down the wrong road. Host was kind enough to drive down, guide us to the cottage and get us settled in the room. Enjoyed talking with him the next morning about the ranch. Very nice! The place was so serene. Loved being around the horses. The cottage was well appointed, we lacked for nothing. Easy few minutes drive to Buellton and Solvang. Look forward to staying here again someday.

Very beautiful setting. Lovely room which satisfied our needs for sleep and small meals.The owner advertises this as a working ranch. One can sit outside and enjoy the horses in the pasture as they graze.There is a table behind the barn building where you are staying next to the horse stalls that would be more enticing by a permanent patio with a sunshade. As it is, we found no use for it.Otherwise, laundry and check in were easy. The host left us a button to push for the access gate, and communication and exiting the property was great.

So delightful!

We LOVED having morning coffee with Sky and Sienna and the minis!! Such a lovely, peaceful retreat. Room had everything we needed and was lovely. Highly recommend!

My husband and I wanted a get away weekend and found this charming home on a horse ranch. I loved seeing the horses every day and the owners were lovely. We had an opportunity to speak to the wife and husband on different occasions (as they live on the property too) and they were warm and engaging people. The home is a very spacious studio, the kitchen was well stocked, the bathroom was large and the main area had plenty of room to relax in. We had a lovely weekend in this home

What a Deal

This is such a hidden gem, I almost hate helping to bring it to the attention of others! Smooth check-in process thanks to clear communications from the property manager. An easy, central location with wineries in all directions. A warm, bucolic setting. A quiant, well-appointed room that blows doors off staying at some hotel.With all of this, the value was unmatched. It's a perfect place for a couple looking to get away for a few days.

Totally awesome Experience

EVERYTHING About the ranch was awesome!The location close to Solvang.The apartment was clean, plenty of space, fully equipped, and completely comfortable.The ranch, especially the horses next-door, made it very enjoyable and a unique experience.I highly recommend it to everyone!!!

Perfect Horsey Getaway

Communication from the rental company was quick and efficient. Everyone was so friendly during the booking process. The farm is absolutely gorgeous. We loved waking up to the sound of the horses munching on hay. The property owner was friendly the few times we ran into her. The studio is well stock with all the comforts of home. If I find myself back in the area, I will defineitly we staying here again.

Unexpected find!

My only disappointment was that I could stay only two days. I was in town for a wedding but enjoyed close access to local wineries, restaurants and groceries. The setting at the horse ranch is so peaceful. It has a well equipped kitchen and bath and very comfortable bedding. I’d definitely stay again.

Everything was pretty great. This ADU is only 30' from the occupied horse stalls however NO bad smells and few flies! Quite wonderful to wake up the horse neighing. Very spacious, too. Our only drawback is that I'm short and bed was higher than I'm accustomed to

My wife and I enjoyed our three-day 28th wedding anniversary at this ranch gem. It's very removed from the city noise yet major tourist attractions within the Santa Barbara area are just about an average of a 45-minute drive from this place. Haller Coastal Homes which is the management company is reachable and helpful if needed and so are the owners. Waking up to birds singing and Seeing the horses on the ranch was a bonus. The outside of the property is what you would expect on the farm a structure with a moderate appearance. But wait until you walk inside the specious studio, it’s very welcoming, homey, very clean and has everything one would need in their own home. The decor is simple but elegant, the colors are very well coordinated, the bed which blends into the farm theme is very comfy and so are the pillows and beddings. The bathroom and the shower are very clean and well stocked with supplies. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils if you are into cooking. The AC is very quiet but it can regulate temperature within minutes. The price is very reasonable given what this property has to offer. We will book this studio again and my wife and I - who can be hard to please sometimes - do recommend it particularly if you are a couple.

Heavenly Horses Hideaway

From the moment we arrived til we had to go back home, we enjoyed every moment at this hideaway. If you have an affinity for horses you will be absolutely delighted to wake up to the soft sounds of your equine neighbors. The place had everything we needed and is located central to all we wanted to do.

Perfect ranch getaway

Loved our week at 3 Oaks Ranch! The hosts are awesome people! The ranch is in a gorgeous area, the views spectacular, waking up to the horses and helping with nightly feedings was special! The rental was spotless, so comfy and had everything we needed! Perfect location for getting to all our destinations we wanted to visit during our trip! We will definitely be back!!
