"Everything was great , just the advertised trams that they have on website and even on the tv screens in the rooms were closed for weeks , and that wasn’t updated so we had to lose extra money on top for the taxis up and down the center of the Cracow."

"This hotel has definitely lived up to its 5* rating. The beds are very comfortable probably the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The staff were so friendly & incredibly helpful. I had a problem with my booking to the concentration camp & the receptionist kindly offered to call them for me. Reception staff also contacted the transfer company to confirm my booking as I was having issues with my mobile. Small gestures but made a big difference to my stay. If I return to Krakow I would definitely stay here. The hotel is beautiful very clean & only a short walk to the main square."
