Check was efficient but the receptionist spent most of her time chatting with her colleague rather than making her guest feel welcome (unprofessional). Hotel room was maintained to a high standard and was clean and very quiet. It was disappointing that there wasn't any tea, coffee or even a kettle in the room. This isn’t an Ibis Budget hotel! Breakfast had lots of options but was very crowded and somewhat difficult to get a seat at 8am.

The room was perfect for my girlfriend and I. Towels replaced and bed made daily. Breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend including that in your stay. Only thing we disliked was the sky bar being constantly booked for private events, which made it impossible for us to ever enjoy it.
