"The Courtyard is conveniently located in the heart of Atlanta. The lobby was clean and has a pleasant fragrance, while the staff is super nice and helpful. My family and I would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in this area. Our room was clean, quiet, lots of lighting, and nice comfortable beds. While I was very pleased with this hotel choice, I will say the only downside is the parking. I imagine that all the hotels in the downtown area offer the same, but in all my travels I’ve never had to pay an additional cost for parking. Since this was an unexpected expense it has left me a little sour. All things considered I understand the need to charge for upkeep and managing of the shared parking decks in this area. I just feel this should be incorporated into the rate of the room versus an additional fee. The fact that I can’t “not park” my car, left me with no choice but to pay for parking. "Although an old hotel that has been transformed into a Kimpton, it was beautifully designed and maximized every space and its appeal. Alexus at reception was welcoming, professional, energetic, and clearly highly passionate, skilled, and committed to her career. Consider adding treads in the shower as it was a bit slick. The a/c heats up about 8 degrees warmer in the middle of the night (every night) and we did have to get up to reset it. The valets were lackluster, especially as the hotels first impression. Consider customer experience training. All other staff were wonderful and clearly embraced and enjoyed their positions. The rooms were spacious, well designed, and quiet. "

"One of the best part of my vacation was my stay here. Free parking,friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast every morning. The beds were super comfortable, and it’s only 20 minutes to the airport and about 10 minutes to downtown Atlanta, so the location was great! I would definitely recommend anyone who was coming to Atlanta to stay here."
