"One of the best locations within Snowshoe Village! Access to rentals, lift tickets, the village and slopes are all right there. Definitely would stay in the same location. The unit itself could use some updating (the mini-fridge didn't close, so nothing stayed cold & couldn't be used). Probably should advise renters that a snowmaking machine is located within 10 feet of window and is very loud during snowmaking times. We weren’t offended by it but some might be. We were given the wrong keys at check in, but were promptly responded to and got the proper keys. Overall a good experience."

"Dirty, would not recommend! The hotel is very dated (but I did notice construction going on). The hallways leading to the room were like something out of a horror movie….very dark and creepy even in daytime. Room was dirty! It had carpeted walls with rips & stains, broken doors, mold in bathroom, & dust everywhere. We didn’t run the portable AC because it was filthy. My children & I “slept” fully clothed on top of the covers & left at first light. Literally felt like we were on set for Stranger...
