"This is a great place to stay for a weekend getaway!"

"We enjoyed our time at the Bears Den. We were looking to escape and relax and that was easily done here. A few notes: we were short on the number of bath towels initially but found the extra bath towels in the dryer. Unfortunately they had sat wet in the dryer and were musty-requiring washing before being used.The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items for the most part but there were no pot holders which would have come in handy with the countertop oven—there was only one dish towel. The trash bins were extremely full when we arrived making it difficult to add our bag in when needed. Finally, the selection of sheets for sofa bed was limited to two flat sheets and no full sheet. There was an abundance of extra pillows but only one extra pillow case. "

"This is one of the most beautiful places we have ever visited. The cabin is simply adorable, it is fully furnished with everything you could possibly need. If you are a hiker, or a kayaker, this is the place for you.John and Linda Pound are superb hosts. We are sorry to have to leave."
