"Our experience at the Metropole Apartments was just sublime from end to finish. They arranged us a private transfer from the airport and Nico the driver was very sweet and kind explaining us the city like an experienced tour guide. The apartment itself very modern, spacious and clean. We enjoyed the huge rain shower in the bathroom:) Cristi allowed us a later check-out free of charge. The whole experience was headache free and we would return here to our next visit for sure.

"The hotel booked taxis (Blue) for me and gave me directions, etc. Everyone spoke fluent English and was very friendly. The front desk was manned 24/7. Breakfast was convenient and never crowded. Location is right in the middle of the older town, with major streets on the doorstep. Bathroom had heater mirror and room had climate control. Lots of outlets for charging devices. Very modern rooms but old entrance of marble and great lounge area for siting with drinks from the lovely bar. "

The breakfast was delicious and diverse, with plenty of food and drink options for everyone. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. When my daughter accidentally reset the safe-box code and locked it, I called the front desk and within 5 minutes, someone from IT came and fixed it quickly.
