"Excellent staff. Needed to change rooms at 11pm. Tv didn’t work. Massive chip in bathroom sink that had been bodgyed up. Shower tiles stained. The next room we were givern the spa didn’t work lol. Really poor for $442 pn. And we are not picky. So disappointed. Won’t be back."

"Older property. It had an old world charm. From the soft jazz music in the lobby area to the room decor. Not modern and cold, it exudes warmth. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was the best part. Nicely presented buffet. Views from our room of the river was nice. Nice stay. Would recommend this place to anyone. "

"Second time visitor to this hotel. This time I was woken by construction noise, had a tv that wasn’t working, and air conditioning switching off because the power was switched to a time limit. Overall a disappointing experience "
