"Failed basic expectations of a 4 stars hotel (to be honest even of a 3 stars one). The air conditioning was not working during the heat wave. Which means the room was like a sauna. We slept naked and still struggled to sleep because of the heat. After a 3 day vacation which was supposed to be a rest we came back home more tired than ever.
