"The room no have remote control, no refrigerator, no telephone, the hairdryers is no working, I request extra pillows nobody show up, the hotel said we are providing continental breakfast, no breakfast available and finally my car with painted with the rain because the parking lot ceiling was painted. 😩"

"The staff and restaurant host were great. The room was clean and very livable. The noise came on Friday night from children on 12th floor playing in hallway. It was a treat for my granddaughter so she really enjoyed the pool and breakfast and comfort of sleeping in. Thank everyone for good service."

"The staff was great, very helpful and friendly. Our room smelled a little musty. There was no room service unless we requested it. The shower was old and the shower door from where you turn on the water didn’t open. We had to turn on the shower from the other end which meant we would get wet in cold water first. Everything else was good."

"nice decor, but a little rundown. Clean. Staff was helpful and professional. Easy and free parking and good location. Good value for the money. Could do better with details: nice big screen in room, but something wrong with display so all channels looked fuzzy. Had microwave and minifridge which was nice. Coffeemaker in room, but no coffee. body wash dispenser in shower didn't work. Shampoo and soap provided, but no conditioner. No closet in room. No blackout curtains so there was some light in room from well lit courtyard all night. Bedding and towels was clean but weathered."

"When I initially checked in the Girl told me that they canceled my reservation then she made me book another reservation for an extra hundred dollars a night. Then when I entered the room, it was filthy. Disgusting. I have pictures of the bathroom filthy the hair. The floors were black the sheets look like they never been cleaned. I ended up sleeping in my car because it was a holiday weekend and no other hotels in the area were open This was the absolute worst day of my entire life. I had to sleep in my car like a human piece of garbage."

"They had issues with the elevators. Housekeeping came and only did trash leaving behind towels and never brought new ones. When you call the front desk for help, they apologize and say it will be handled and that NEVER happens lol. Had to go down there and pile up towels, tissue, and washcloths in my hands from the front desk. The room in the iron didn't work and that took 1.5 days to get a new one for some reason. Gym was fair and so was pool. Room was nice and you can walk to some places to eat nearby."
