"Unfortunately my stay was not a happy one. The breakfast was a complete joke, the service was appalling and I was woken up at 11:30pm by two members of staff demanding I settle my bill the night before I was due to leave. I’ve been staying in the hotel for years as I do a track day at Folembray every July, however I’ll never be staying there again and certainly wouldn’t recommend it. Welcoming and very good value

"Franck is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We have stayed overnight at Hotel Inn Design, Laon, 5 times and find it excellent value for the price. It's very clean, bed is comfortable and it's only a short walk to Aldi and Carrefour supermarkets. "

An excellent place to stay

"Beautiful situation overlooking the square and cathedral. Luckily the bells were silent during the night. Managed to park on the street (Blue Disk during the day) but hotel par was not offered. We enjoyed eating at the restaurant on the square; god food at a reasonable price. "
