L'absence d'un accueil nécessite de contacter par téléphone Appart'Hotel, mais le badge fourni permet un accès aisé au bâtiment, chambre et parking (avec réservation téléphonique). L'appartement est spacieux, confortable, calme et bien équipé. Idéal pour passer quelques jours à Bruxelles avec bus, tram très proches. Petits points négatifs : défaut d'entretien, par exemple : quelques éclairages en panne, rideaux avec voilage non lavés, robinet d'évier à refixer, etc.

Bathroom wasnt clean and it was major dissapointment because the rest was more or less ok. Its spacious apartment in good zone but very old and even though it look nice on first sight you see later all the dirtiness and old air around. The worst of all there wasnt light which would work!!! insane! and only one electricity plug has been working.... i recomend better maintainence and it will be ok.

+++ Très bon rapport qualité-prix. +++ Très bien situé, à proximité de l'avenue Louise, trams 93 et 94, bus 38 et 60. +++ Chambre Studio très grande avec un coin salon, une kichenette, la chambre et la salle de bain, avec baignoire à jets d'eau. +++ Lit XL très confortable. +++ Chambre donnant vers l'arrière du bâtiment, au 4ème étage, très calme, avec vue agréable sans vis-à-vis. +++ Propre. - Pas de reception, mais tout est très bien organisé pour le check in et check out. - Pas de prises électriques dans le coin chambre. - Déco et chambre ancienne. Une rénovation serait bien. - Il serait bien si le check out était à 12h, comme dans le pluspart d'hôtels. 11h c'est tôt.

Great bargain

These are apartments, not hotel rooms. There is no reception, but check-in is totally painless, you just enter a code for a safe and get your key. The room was large, surprisingly so. I would estimate perhaps 60 or 70 m², you could easily host a ten-person party here if you wanted to (except your neighbor would probably complain, as sound isolation is not 100%). It included a kitchenette and a small fridge. The Wi-Fi is good but not fantastic (seemingly one AP per floor, connected to some DSL upstream, no IPv6). Some things are a bit worn; for instance, the elevator is intensely perfumed and sort of squeaky, and I've been in more comfortable hotel beds in my life. But at a price of €135 for two nights and a distinctly non-dodgy area, this is a great bargain; actually, it would be at even twice the price.

Très bon logement rapport qualité prix .. Propre, spacieux.. Nous avons eu un petit soucis à notre arrivée avec la porte d'entrée.. Après un seul coup de fil, un technicien est arrivé en moins de 10mn .. Impeccable..

Très bon appartement, et très pratique pour ceux qui arrive tard. Vous disposez d'un accès automatisé très simple. Le bâtiment dispose d'un ascendeur. Une très bonne surface pour le prix. Donc bon rapport qualité prix. Cela est beaucoup plus intéressant que de prendre un hôtel. Il y a un frigo, et même le nécessaire pour repasser vos habits.

Sejour tranquille sans problėme avec les enfant.Nous avons passés des moments paisible dans notre studio,sauf le parking trop etroi. A voir pour grosses voiture . La notre était rayée car dificulté de manoeuvre pour sortir du parking ou se parker nous avions fini par mettre au bord de la route quand on pouvait avoir une place proche, sinon loin du logement.
