"I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Paris. This hotel has all the amenities an American would find comfortably staying anywhere in the US. Very well modernized, awesome air conditioning and large elevators!! The buildings are recently renovated. The staff spoke English, as well as French, if you’re trying to improve on your French. I highly want to highlight Johnathon, a staffer, who was very helpful throughout visit. Go and enjoy Les Jardins de Marais!"

"It was close to the Eiffel Tower which is was convenient for us. But the communication from the concierge desk is really poor. I wrote multiple times to arrange the airport pick up for my family and all they did is wrote they would get back to me several times. I ended up hiring a different company, but I had to spend time and do a research who to hire as I am not from France.
