"Great location near the main plaza. Like most of the old cities in Italy, you’ll struggle getting any luggage to the room, as the apartment is a .8 mile walk to the nearest public parking garage. The apartment was spacious, with (3) queen-sized beds, as advertised. Check-in is somewhat inconvenient, particularly if you need any instructions getting in. The lockbox on the door is tight to the jamb, with buttons on either side of the box to open the box, once the code is entered. The notes...

"Absolutely beautiful home, heartily recommended. If I have to find something to criticise then there's only a half size bath so tall people maybe plan ahead! But seriously, its completely delightful and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay every so slightly outside the hustle of tuscany's tourist traps but be within minutes of so much and in such delightful countryside."

We used the kitchen for minor cooking and that worked well. There is a supermarket close by and small restaurants in the town. The AC was working great. "Loved our stay at House of Alice. It’s very centrally located in Tuscany. Francesco was wonderful and took care of reservations and recommendations for us. The village itself is very small. The house was clean and well appointed. Small recommendations are; it could have used more efficient seating in the living room, a few more kitchen items, larger coffee maker etc. Also the bathrooms could use hooks and a shelf. Overall a wonderful and charming place! I would highly recommend!"
