"De Broeierd is a beautiful, large old farmhouse built into an interesting and very cozy hotel with a very good restaurant at one end and a lovely "bistro" at the other end. Large outdoor seating areas add to the comfort. The rooms (we had two-level rooms with balconies) are spacious and comfortable, beds very comfortable, but you should be able to climb the typically Dutch steep narrow stairs up to the sleeping area. A must stay
"I must say that the room here was the most comfortable of my month long stay in Europe. The only thing, and i mentioned it to the front desk staff, is that the shower floor is extremely slippery. They should just run a couple of non slip strips. But thats it. The stay was great, the location is great. I only gave service 3 stars because they are annoyingly slow in the lounge."
