"Honestly this place was rough. The towels were dirty and sheets were stained. But the roughest part was the cigarette smoke scent that was absolutely overwhelming. I woke up twice in the night because my eyes were burning from it. I wouldn't stay here again."

"By far, this was the worst breakfast I've ever had, Eggs were cold, potatoes were cold, meats were overdone. Could not eat Freezing cold eggs We had to order some Fried eggs and where charge extra for that. Could not use The Room service app. Once I called room service. Got disconnected. Called again. Their food came up cold."

"We stayed in the full access handicap room. The carpet is nasty and smells really bad. I felt that we packing that odor in all of our things when leaving. However, I called the desk to report a broken ironing board and it was replaced very fast. The staff was very friendly. They just need to give that room and carpet a good cleaning."
