"The room and the grounds were excellent. Evening meal, although the menu was basic and limited, the food was good. Breakfast was chaotic, just given a couple of menus and told to find a table. Shortage of breakfast items with staff not replenishing them. Had to get a chair for my table.
Check out was worse, six people waiting to check out with only one member of staff at the desk who was on the phone for over 5 minutes while people were waiting to settle their bills. Lack of staff and staff...
"We had a great 2 night stay at the Mill Farm.
It was a real oasis for us visiting family
All the staff were courteous and friendly
Would go there again.

10/10 Excellent
"A wonderful stay in a lovely, well equipped apartment- very clean, spacious, good facilities, a stand alone bath and a separate shower room. Very satisfied and would gladly stay here again."
"We had a very comfortable stay at the Holiday Inn Preston. A special thanks to Laura Lazzano, who was extremely welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. She truly made our experience exceptional.

"We stayed here as a base for a family wedding, using 5 rooms. Everyone said how good the pub was and the rooms were lovely and quiet.
My husband and I had a meal on the night of arrival which was excellent. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
It was nice to have plenty of tea bags and milk cartons in the room instead of the usual 2. Very comfortable bed.
Can’t fault it at all.
Would definitely recommend over the nearby garner hotel as we dropped someone off there and it stank. Sewage works opposite behind some trees. "
"A steady clean hotel away from the hustle of the city centre. The staff were super friendly, special mention to Kiran on the check in desk.
The room was tight for space but as it was only a one night stay that was perfectly acceptable. The bed was really comfy. The only thing I would knock it for would be there was a lot of dust around the TV area.
The gym area looked neat and tidy, I didn’t use them as I’d used a gym in the city prior to arrival. The restaurant area had a nice feel to it even though there were few guests. I ordered a steak burger with chips and a drink, came to approx £23 which was reasonable. Breakfast was everything you’d expect from a buffet style breakfast. A selection of hot and cold food and drinks including continental style.
Overall a comfortable stay and I would stay again. "
"We enjoyed our stay. Spacious lounge and conservatory. The owners were very friendly and helpful. When we accidentally lost our room key, they came immediately and sorted it out. "
