"We had such a wonderful weekend at this beautiful property – the views are breathtaking, particularly those of the Santa Monica mountains behind the cottage, and there are lots of places to sit to enjoy the view, as well as to watch birds. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The cottage next to us had occupants as well who are a little bit noisy, but it was manageable."

"The house was beautiful and very clean. Everyone who stayed with us was impressed and enjoyed the time in Malibu. The house was perfect for our special occasion.Despite some miscommunication and misunderstandings at the beginning of the booking, they genuinely made an effort to be understanding and accommodate our needs.We are so glad that we stayed at the house and wish we had more time to spend there.In-person check-in was required, which made our day a little hectic, but once you see the house, you understand why they want it that way. It’s also nice to have someone walk you through everything.They have a very nice kitchen and literally has everything! We would love to come back if we ever have the chance again to relax and enjoy a family vacation. Thank you for having us!"

"The property is beautiful, as advertised. The views are amazing, even in rainy December. The beds are extremely comfortable, the layout is great with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, the proximity to the beach can't be beat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. "

"Our stay was wonderful! We hosted Thanksgiving there and the kitchen provided everything we needed with plenty of space for many cooks in the kitchen. The entire property was spacious. The views and the outdoor areas are amazing! Communication in advance of our trip was great. During our stay we had some minor communication challenges but nothing that wasn't remedied. The home had areas that were a bit worn and could use some attention. But overall, a beautiful place to enjoy time with family in an incredible setting!"
