Convenient parking is located on the harbourside below, negating the difficulty of finding a spot in busy Brixham. Explore the town and its many merits before coming back to cook a hearty meal on the provided barbecue, knowing you'll have a relaxing place to rest your head when the day is done. A seated area at the property's front offers another way to enjoy the outstanding views this property commands from its position on Prospect Rd, as well as terraced areas found at the rear.

Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one with a double bed and one single. On the first floor, the living space has armchair and sofa seating in good view of the flat screen TV and close enough to the woodburner to keep warm in the winter months. The kitchen/diner is a few steps away from here and features retro-esque seating, bar lighting fixtures, classical wooden flooring and various appliances (listed below). Additionally to this, the ground floor bathroom features a tub, shower, and pillar wash basin.

The king en-suite bedroom is located on the second floor with a walk-in shower, W/C, and of course a high-quality king size bed. Lower ceilings due to the room's location are ideal for those who enjoy rooms with a lofty feel, and the window has an excellent perspective of the harbour. It perfectly exemplifies the character of the home with exposed brick and wooden floorings as with the downstairs level.

Great view and convenient location

Second time we have stayed at Sandy Bottom. Although it is up hill from the harbour, it’s not too far up, but far enough to get a great view, and easy downhill walk to the town, bus station, and the beach. The house is well equipped with everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay.

A week long holiday at Sandy Bottom, Brixham.

The cottage is in a fantastic location, overlooking the harbour and so providing a wonderful view. The cottage has been lovingly furnished with lots of seaside touches. It had everything we needed, plus more.

We enjoyed our stay at sandy bottom the view of the harbour was fantastic loved sitting in the evening looking at the view Only few negatives no washing up liquid or dishwasher tabs so all the pots were greasy had to re wash them and the upstairs shower needs a new head

Great views across the harbour from lounge & main bedroom. Having a parking space nearby on the harbour was a factor in our choice of property. A few minutes walk you are straight into the harbour/ town. Nice seating area at the front also overlooking the harbour with 2 seating areas at the rear. A great stay, shame the weather was somewhat unsettled but that’s life.

Our 6th annual holiday in beautiful Brixham

We love beautiful Brixham and had to make a last minute change to our accommodation due to building works that were still ongoing at our original booked property. we were not disappointed. Brixham Holidays came to the rescue. Lovely cottage in a great location also a reserved parking space which is a must for me after having a replacement hip operation and having a dodgy knee. Lots of stairs in the cottage which we are not used to as we live in a bungalow but this being Brixham you have to walk up the many steps if you want fantastic veiws (Small price to pay for the views just take your time.) Can't wait to return next year.This is our happy place. We were also very lucky with the beautiful weather.

Great Location Amazing View

Really loved staying at Sandy Bottom, the view from Living room and main bedroom was amazing, could sit in the window for hours just watching the world go by, woke up really early the first day and watched the sunrise, it was beautiful. Loved seeing the baby seagulls on the roofs around us, although it seemed it was almost common place for them to fall from the roofs and be found wandering the streets , luckily the locals seemed more than used to dealing with them and keeping them safe. House was well equipped. Having the car parking space was really useful although a little tricky to park in, not really suitable if your car is on the bigger side (ours is a ford focus which was fine ) , there are quite a few steps down to the harbour and then a little walk over to the car so only really suitable for people who are able to walk that distance, although you can see the car from the house. Lots of great places to eat in Brixham . Had a lovely time will definitely visit again
