"Wanted a night away over the bank holiday but not too far from home (Wales) so this was perfect. Booked the club package and for £70 it was exceptional value. Room was great, perfect for a short stay, had everything I needed. Dyson hair dryer, capsule coffee machine, reusable water bottle for the gym and a bag of jelly babies, marketing team excelled by renaming them ‘Village People’! Really good levels of service and good in room information via QR codes. Self check in was quick and efficient. Having use of the gym was a bonus. Towel and locker key provided. Gym very very well equipped, nice pool but mostly loved the steam room , sauna and ice bath. I didn’t eat or buy drinks (apart from Starbucks coffee in the morning) as huge M&S 5 min drive so bought food with me for an in room picnic! Would definitely book again especially for the price I paid "

"Super central, discount parking, decent sized room: confy beds, good shower. Lovely food nearby. We had a great stay. There are no bells and whistles, and we didn't need them being so central!"

"Highly reccomemd the bed was so comfortable. We got upgraded once we checked in. We only live in Bath but defiantly stay again if we fancy a night out in Bristol. The staff were very helpfull"

"The facilities and presentation of the hotel was excellent. Location is perfect. Bedrooms comfortable and roomy. Bar service very good. Breakfast food was good but service was poor. Clearing tables all around was slow including our table. "
