"The house was great location and convenient for a family. The basin in the downstairs ensuite was broken in two places - large. Despite there being ongoing back and forth with the property manager on text for staying there and checking in - when I text to let her know that the basin was broken I received no response which was disappointing."

"We actually weren't able to stay at the property, with the owner citing an issue with the person staying the night before needing to stay on. However, the booking wasn't officially cancelled and refund request started until I messaged to find out what was going on. "
