Stay was good but they clean once a week plus coffee & tea sachets are also top up once a week. No complimentary water. From Brett wharf it takes nearly 10 mins to the hotel. Enjoyed the stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Link Part Side. It was conviently located , comfortable , and with in walking distance of the City Cat at Brett’s Wharf which was a great way to move around Brisbane. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and other necessities. We would definitely stay here again.the staff were friendly and helpful!

The apartment was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. There were thoughtful touches like cream in the fridge and laundry soap, the amenities like coffee and tea were easy to find, and the apartment had the widest range of TV options we found in Australia. We had great communication with the property and a very easy check in. We would definitely stay again.

Plenty of dining options and IGA downstairs, or a 5mins walk to Woolys and Domino's. Seafood restaurant and park across the road. 20mins walk to EatStreet along the river, good exercise after eating so much food from there. We had a close up view of the fireworks on Saturdaynight.
