This is a good property to stay at. Lovely view of the city at night. Very comfortable bed. Very clean. Some improvements would be to have a bigger TV and make sure they put towels in the room. Staff were very helpful. Price a little high.

Had awesome time vert friendly the room was good for the five of us and the kitchen was great and the view was awesome and so relaxing Could of done with another lounge I had 3 nights was good no noise

Nice place to stay. Spacious and staff were lovely. Couldn't find a teatowel or dishcloth, everything else was great.

Maybe let people know that the bus is handy. We took a train and had to walk 20 minutes. Helpful staff with recommendations for eating.

Check in was smooth and friendly. The room had a bad smell, one of the chairs had stains, parking is tight. Only stayed because it was the only place within half an hour from where I was for under $150

Not Good

Terrible. It was tidy but dirty; it needed a good bond clean. A lot of the rooms had long-term residents with the rental crisis. We sat on the couch and we sunk to the floor. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets looked white.

Room smelt damp, front door didn’t seal properly, smoke alarm had no battery, broken tiles in the bathroom, kitchen cupboard doors were broken. Stairs are unsafe up to top floor and the hand rail is flimsy and not regulation height. Only good things were the Bed was comfortable, shower pressure was good and the air conditioning worked well. I would not stay here again.

Most of the beds were reasonably clean. Dishes were provided, but no dish cloth or tea towel, hence the dishes weren't clean. We asked for tea towels but there didn't seem to be any. The family room had carpet and furniture that needed to be replaced, both very dirty. The bathroom needed to be renovated. The whole building needed a thorough cleaning and a lot of maintenance. We were very disappointed as we had stayed there before and it was great. The location was good.

The property was priced well for what I needed BUT that said I was blown away by the state of this property. My room appeared to have had new flooring which was a bonus but that’s where the positives stopped. The bathroom vanity is in disrepair and the shower curtain had a distinct smell of mould or mildew. Additionally, the wardrobe in the room is also old with doors difficult to close. The main door has a very basic lock only. Most concerning is that I decided to use the blanket during the night and upon reaching into the wardrobe to get it, I was met with a crusty, grubby feeling, very obviously ancient blanket. Safe to say I did not use it!! The location of this property is great but I would never recommend it.
