Complete with 5 bedrooms, the master with ensuite and walk in wardrobe, this then flows onto a small TV room with a stunning window that frames the pool area. A two level media room which seats the whole house comfortably for optimum affect all located at one wing of the house. The second wing starts with the kitchen and a walk in pantry, another lounge that over looks the stunning pool area and dining, this then continues through to the other 4 double rooms, main bathroom and laundry. From the dinning you can access the undercover outdoor area which then leads across a maintenance free astro turf to the second outdoor entertaining area with BBQ, dinning and pool lounge beds. Even to the extend of a number of board games and some extras for the beach if you need them. A double lock up garage with other parking space for extra visitors and a second access drive through to the beach. This gorgeous home will leave you with nothing to want!

Alma House Autumn
We. Have really positive family trip and stay for a family wedding in Sandgate. I was a better option than booking in the city, it was a relaxing break for all the family.
