"Comfortable for one night stay in a good area. Checkin process was over complicated with no number provided to call. Everything done through a website which for an NZ visitor with limited access to the internet is impossible. Took me two hours to contact the property manager to get entry instructions "

"Property was nice and quiet"

"The house was great location and convenient for a family. The basin in the downstairs ensuite was broken in two places - large. Despite there being ongoing back and forth with the property manager on text for staying there and checking in - when I text to let her know that the basin was broken I received no response which was disappointing."

"This was a perfect apartment for our stay. It had everything we needed, but could do with one or two bigger pans for cooking."

"Easy to find. Lots of space. Great parking. Great communication. Spacious apartment. External locks or keys needed fixing to be able to get in without stressing that we would be locked out from accessing the apartment. However this seemed to be a management of the property issue. "

"The apartment is big enough however its too cluttered, balcony was not clean, not well arranged we could not use it. we found the bed with dirty linen, there was 2 dirty towels in the bathtub.The sofa also needs cleaning , it was not tidy and there was a dirty blanket on it. it doesnt look like the pictures and the fan in the living room was not working so it was very hot during the day."

"This was a great unit and suited our requirements. It was clean and tidy and had all the comforts of home. It was close to Albion train station which was great. Was a little difficult finding the letterbox to get the keys which was around the corner from the driveway and instructions on which car park to park in would have been useful, took us ages to find which spot to park in. All in all we had an enjoyable stay."
