"Very close to dining and shops"

"The property did not send me any check in instruction 24 hours ahead, so I arrived at the location in the evening only found out that reception was closed. After 20+ min call and waiting, I finally got the keys, but the instructions came with it was not very clear, causing further issues. I also had to call twice to get tax invoice for the stay.
