"A disaster attempt to stay at this property. the Mattress is like a steel spring underneath and after trying all night we Left the next day . Attempting to alert managers drew no response except for auto response hoping we had enjoyed our stay? This property is tired - toilet continues to Fill and cooling is woeful . "Easy property to be in and lovely atmosphere inside the apartment. Key collection process was a bit convoluted and last minute communication. All other communication was very good and helpful. Would definitely stay again!"

"Positive: The location of the apartment was convenient for SouthBank, River ferry and other nearby attractions. The apartment itself is modern with modern appliances.Beautiful view of the city.The apartment was clean and location safe.Negative: Furnishings were poor. Beds were uncomfortable as was the sofa. "I was quite surprised at the poor level of cleaning. The apartment itself was great, however the cleaning left a lot to be desired. Vent above in bathroom full of dust and fluff. Cushions on bed in bedroom were grotty. Pods were left in the coffee machine and it smelt revolting. No sponges for dishes, no tea towels. Greasy finger marks all over dark timber. Overall grubby."

"The property was close to all the things we needed. It had everything we wanted to make our visit just right. Only problem was the location of the store with the keynest. Not convenient to accommodation, with no parking available for key collection or dropoff. Very happy with the stay overall."

Wonderful Ibis Styles

"Great place to stay in Brisbane’s CBD. Convenient, central, clean, very good value, pleasant staff, good facilities. Parking was available nearby and there were plenty of eating venues all around. Room was fine and had terrific river views. Well worth a visit."
