"When we got to our room, the door was wide open and there was a puddle of dog pee on the floor. We went back to ask for a different room and the person condemned us to another room that was completely filthy, full of flies, and had visible mold on the walls. We ended up leaving to find another hotel. When Expedia reached out to approve my refund, they denied giving me a refund. This place should be condemned."
