When I tried to show them my receipt, they said it would be okay and they would contact Expedia. Told us it was because we booked too far in advance we were having these issues. "The home was very nice, we could see it was newly renovated. We had plenty of room for the eight of us and we were very comfortable. The only negative was the basement was too cold, and we could not get the heat vents open. A few extra blankets and a pizza pan would be nice.All in all it was a very nice place and we hope to return again next year. We would highly recommend this rental."
