"The owner has to do the school run but leave her number on the door so you don’t have to wait long. She is really professional, polite and welcoming. Room was comfy and quite with a fridge and microwave in room which is a bonus for longer stays. No parking but a car park is situated 2 mins away and £6.10 for 24hrs is a good rate. "Fran is a wonderful host and crammed so many helpful little touches into the Old Stables, from a full set of guides and pamphlets to local activities to a comprehensive welcome package of essentials such as milk, water and cereals. It's nice to find a place to stay that even has sauces and salt and pepper - much overlooked by other property owners. "Perfect night stay at Harlestone retreat, very clean room with tea and coffee available the bed was so comfortable i slept all night and needed an alarm to wake me up. I will be staying again for sure. It would be nice if they could leave a bowl of fruit or a drink as a welcome pack ( even if it costed me more money ) It was nice to relax in front of a big TV with some great films to choose from. Very clean shower and toilet. Overall it was just what i needed. "

"Overnight stay, check in was simple, decor throughout in need of major update(ripped paper,holes in the wall) room very basic and shared bathroom has seen better days,wont be staying again."

"I arrived at the address given , nobody was there : I was told that I was staying at a different address. I had to walk a further 15 minutes to an alternative address. I was not too happy to be missed around . Nothing wrong with the accommodation just the organisation "

All the facilities you would need including a fully equipped kitchen.
