Well suited to 2 couples or a small family Cheltenham Cottage is bright, modern and spacious and located within walking distance of everything you could want to see and do during your stay. Its open plan living and dining room is a welcoming space to relax in and its pretty patio garden is great for al-fresco dining.  Coast:  0.6 miles,  Pub : 0.2 miles,  Shop : 0.2 miles,  Train Station : 0.3 miles. 
Size: sleeps four in two bedrooms Beds:  two double beds (one of which can be separated into 2 single beds) Rooms: through ground floor front door into open plan living room and dining room; kitchen; enclosed private garden; up one flights of stairs to bathroom with w.c, shower, handbasin; bedroom with double bed, bedside drawers, wardrobe and desk; bedroom with zip and link double bed (2ft 6 singles), bedside drawers, wardrobe Kitchen & utilities: electric oven and 4 ring electric hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and Krups capsule coffee machine. Entertainment: Smart TV, DVD player Parking: There is no parking at this property. Best location, gorgeous little property

We absolutely loved this place. So cute and has everything you'd need. The location right in the heart of the north laines couldn't be better. We'll be back for sure!

Fantastic Location! Central and quiet.

We loved the cottage. It's well decorated and equipped, clean and surprisingly spacious. The location is wonderful, 10 mins to the sea and the station and lots of great North Laine shops, cafes and pubs in very short walking distance. Special shout out for the Basketmakers pub. The only point worth mentioning is the stairs, they are very steep and have a narrow tread - not ideal for anyone with mobility challenges. It was perfect for us and we will definitely stay again when we are in town.
