You’ll have exclusive access to the entire apartment during your stay — nothing is shared. This property is one of four apartments in the building, and the only one located on the ground floor, giving you added privacy and ease of access.

Enjoy full use of the kitchen, living/dining area, bathroom, and both bedrooms. Whether you’re here for work or relaxation, you’ll feel right at home.

We’re available to support you throughout your stay. You can reach us via phone or directly through your booking platform. We aim to respond to all messages within the hour between 8:03am and 6:30pm to ensure your experience is smooth and stress-free.

While parking can be tricky in Brighton, we offer parking, which is a rare convenience in the city centre. Please let us know in advance if you`ll be travelling by car so we can secure a space for you.

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we kindly ask all guests to provide the following prior to check-in:
• A refundable security deposit
• A signed rental agreement
• Photo ID verification

The security deposit is fully refundable, subject to a satisfactory inspection following check-out.

Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for your stay. If you require additional cleaning or a linen change during your visit, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
