"Not only was the space perfect, but the owners made it that much better. Across the street there is a creek that is so fun to play in. They have an outdoor cooking area that protects you from weather but is so much fun to cook on. The screen room is for games and the humming birds are so silly to watch. There is a fire pit outside and an abundance of nature. The outdoor shower is relaxing too. The beds are so comfy and you have everything you need inside that place. We will be coming back here, again. & again and again. This place was exactly what I needed to clear my headspace. I’m so glad I did. My kiddos loved it also. They have sheep and chickens. They have wilderness for days and everyone had an absolute blast! Thank you so so much!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the cabin--everything was very clean and well organized, with coffee and tea, all the utensils and pots one would need. The beds were comfortable and there were lots of towels. We especially enjoyed the fact that there was a fire pit--lovely for a warm evening. We were able to get back and forth to Colby College in 30 minutes and had dinner in Skowhegan."

"I think I can honestly say this has become our favorite spot. We travel all over up north, Maine and new hampsire. This was such a peaceful quiet clean spot. 4 cabins and a building with 4 hotel style rooms. Surrounded by woods. It was perfect"

"We picked the room with a king bed, but could have chosen the room with the queen and a porch. Sleep was comfy cozy. Shower was great! A little pool, hot tub, fire pit and bluetooth wifi to the tv was a great bonus. We were able to pull up with our trailer and side by side...Trails were a short ride the down the road. The owner Dave was helpful and kind. "

"This place was like a lottery dream home if you love the outdoors. Huge and spacious in every aspect - bedrooms, shared space, bathrooms, MASSIVE deck looking right out at the Kennebeck River, and lots of land to walk around the shore line. It is very much a hunting themed lodge but we were there for rafting, which is about 3 minutes away. Everything was modern and updated and the owner was responsive to all questions. We are planning another trip we were so happy with it."

"I'm so happy I booked this trip! I just needed to get away from work and the never ending to-do list and just escape for a bit. The cabin is so cute! It smells like a cabin, in a positive way! I walked in and memories of staying in family cabins when I was young hit me. It was clean and comfortable without being too nice that I was afraid to touch anything. Checking in was super simple. And the instructions/rules left in the cabin were helpful and all made sense. It's early in the season but I was able to get on the water with the kayak. I spent lots of time on the porch reading. And the sunset from the porch is amazing! Great firepit! I was able to capture some awesome pics. My dog enjoyed the outdoors as well. He's a big baby about the water, but he did enjoy watching the geese and loons from the water's edge. The "pond" is also way bigger than I anticipated! It was just very quiet and peaceful! Highly recommend this property!"
