"For safety there was no fire extinguisher, and the 2 fire alarms in the house was not working. There was an electric heater but the wall above and below plug in had burn marks. The upstairs bedroom had a board on ceiling with black mold. One board was rotted on deck stairs. Also a hole rotted threw on the deck by the door to go in (they put a portable ramp sideway to cover hole which we kept tripping over) The picture showed a nice view of the water but cant see from house have to go down goat...
