I am reluctant to write a review so everyone doesn’t find out about this amazing gem of a property!!!
What a great spot. So clean and convenient location for us!
Even tough it’s a smaller place, it’s a real gem!!! Very nice, clean, specious and have everything needed for your stay. I would definitely recommend it!!!
Best bed I’ve slept in for 2 weeks of hotels & inns. Clean, spacious, comfortable, easy access to amenities (dinner, ice cream, gas) and just comfortable! So glad we found this gem!
Property was close to off road trails from the looks of all the others that were staying. We didn't have 4 wheel drive vehicle looks like that would have been a lot of fun. Everything was clean and plenty of space for 4 in our room.
I think I can honestly say this has become our favorite spot. We travel all over up north, Maine and new hampsire. This was such a peaceful quiet clean spot. 4 cabins and a building with 4 hotel style rooms. Surrounded by woods. It was perfect
We just needed a place to sleep so we could get up and hit the trailhead, and there weren’t many options in the area. Booked this place not expecting much and it was honestly really nice! The room was spacious and very clean, and we felt safe and comfortable. It was everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. The only issue was the air conditioner. It works fine and it was really needed (we were there when it was extremely hot and humid), but it’s really loud and blows air directly onto the bed at head level, and the vents aren’t adjustable. So we had loud bursts of very cold air followed by silence and still, hot air all night long, so we barely slept and ended up with stuffy noses. So if you don’t need to use the a/c, this place is wonderful!
Love the quietness of the area, especially since it’s my hometown. Property was very clean and staff were quick with replies.
My only problem was that they only left half a roll of toilet paper for 3 people for 4 nights and didn’t give any extra. Additionally, there was a scent plug in that EXTREMELY strong, while it smelled nice it was over powering and I couldn’t enter the room until it aired out. The one window was nailed shut (seems like a safety hazard in case of emergency) so we just had to rely on the door.
Otherwise it’s an overall great place to stay, small town, easy access to trails and the sand pits. Staff was quick to give me a code to another room to grab toilet paper from.
This was a stopover on our way to northern Maine. It is very nice and I wish we could have stayed a bit longer, but we needed to move on. Pet friendly and well kept. Easy access and the staff communicated well through emails.
The room was great in all aspects - large, very clean, shower great. Beds were best we had on entire 14 day trip. Ease of check-in, even when we arrived late at night, was also great.

Very clean, convenient, quiet. Beautiful and functional cabin.
This was perfect for what we needed. We were staying in Bar Harbor on vacation and needed a one night rental because of an early am trip with Northeast Whitewaters. Very easy to check in and the property was well maintained.
