"One staff member was great and couldn’t do enough to help, and all staff were polite and friendly. However several mistakes were made - we were checked out before we had left meaning housekeeping interrupted us several times, we were told the wrong time for breakfast meaning we missed it, the room service took far too long and when it came had errors (though in fairness to them they refunded the tray charge). Room was grotty, lots of dust and dead spiders. We pre-booked the pool as instructed...

"Really enjoyed our relaxing stay. Lots of attention to detail. Very private spot. Weather was hot so we enjoyed the very comfy sunbeds and were able to eat outside, enjoying the afternoon/evening sunshine. The hosts had provided a large fan in the room, which was most welcome. Plenty of drinks in the fridge and various snacks in the room (crisps/chocolate) Just bring your own food. Hosts are on hand if you have any issues. We enjoyed walking along the canal & exploring Cromwell Bottom...

"Big. Airy. Clean. Good hot tub"

"Lovely situation with great views. Really nice open plan kitchen/living area. 2 of bedrooms good size but other 2 much too small and this wasn't apparent from the pictures. Hot Tub was a nice luxury and a great place to chill and enjoy the scenery. Not super clean and furniture getting a bit bashed/tired already even though the accommodation is pretty new. These are semi detached and we had a large group next door who were shouting and making a lot of noise into the evening which wasn't ideal."
