"On arriving staff were friendly we stayed in the family room on ground floor the room was clean and very spacious had everything we needed for our weekend break location was very convenient especially just a short 15 minute drive to Heaton Park for the parklife 2025 event the pub attached where we had an excellent breakfast plenty of selection and staff again were amazing as too was the pub grub on the evening an all in all fantastic place to stay will most definitely stay again well done boat and horses keep up the great work "

"Much better and bigger showers than most hotels. Free breakfast was fantastic. Appreciated having a microwave. Keycard always worked. Some hotels dont. Incredibly nice and friendly staff."
