"Very friendly welcome, help taking the suitcases upstairs, nice bedroom with plenty of drink sachets and toiletries. Very comfy bed. Absolutely fantastic breakfast with plenty of options for vegetarians. Great location neat to the south side cliffs. Handy for the main town. "

"The property is well maintained and very clean , we found the room spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of items to order. The host James was very professional and happy to advise on the area . Close to the cliff lift to the spa, and we found the area nice for walking around Scarborough. The public transport links are close by , you can easily leave the car parked and enjoy a driving free break. We would fully recommend the waves for a short or longer break"
