"We rented four rooms, and one had cockroaches. The front desk staff member lacked training at checkout (they didn't know how to print the receipts). The breakfast attendant was excellent, but the ingredients were low-budget. This is the first time I’ve written a negative review for a hotel, especially given the high price. It has a good location, but—like its neighbors—the hotel is in need of renovation."

"First room they gave us had cockroaches skittering around. Second room was fine for a couple days, then we saw cockroaches again. Also had issues getting towels. We were told to go to housekeeping ourselves to check if they had any, which was odd. We stayed here the exact same time last year and had none of these issues. We won't be back next year. You might be okay for a cheap night if you don't plan on having any food in the room, as it was clean other than the roaches."
