"Overall, a POSITIVE experience. I only dropped the facility ratings because they are remodeling, so there was furniture outside many rooms. We did not have a dresser in our room. It had NO impact on our stay. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. I told the front desk clerk we WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR for the Dover NASCAR race. "Lovely find in Wilmington, though it needs some tweaks to be fabulous. The good: the room was huge and luxuriously comfortable, with nice details like great toiletries (Aesop), cozy bathrobes, lovely glasses, and a stocked minibar. The beds are positively heavenly - I wanted to take ours home. All of the staff was really pleasant and friendly. The less good: hallways were freezing and with no soft surfaces, there was nothing to absorb sounds from people, rolling suitcases, etc., which...
