"Just absolutely wonderful! Spotless clean, with great amenities! Exactly as shown in the pictures! Great location."

"House was beautiful, well maintained and in an ideal location. Short walk to the beach where the tide can go out to about a mile. Never seen a tide go out that far. Truly breathtaking. Take time to read Sally Gunnings books. She a fine author. If we ever get back to Cape Cod this will be where we stay."

"Another good year on the books! Thanks Jenny for the use of your lovely home!"

"This was our first time on the Cape, and we enjoyed our stay very much! The house was the perfect setup for our family - a couple with a baby, grandparents, and parents with tweens. Nice to have three full bathrooms, a large dining table, and spacious family room. House was tastefully decorated and the upgraded bathrooms were nice. Air conditioning worked well and was crucial on some hot days. Pool was clean and a treat for all, and we enjoyed the fire pit too. It was great to have beach gear...

"Great host. Convenient location for a visit to Chatham."

"Excellent location. Central to many things. Quiet neighborhood. Very safe. Very clean. Only complain is staining of the furniture, which probably could use some work, but everything else is great"

"Great family run cottages, it is clear that the hosts take pride in maintaining the property and taking care of their guests. The location is private yet central to explore the Cape. I enjoyed daily walks with our dog to downtown Harwich (about 3/4 of a mile away). The small beach within walking distance was very convenient. There is a common area for guests next to the pool that has daily complimentary breakfast, beverages, and an ice machine. We very much enjoyed our stay!"
