"No better location if you are taking ferries to other islands. The staff was very professional and efficient. The entire property was very clean and maintained. The only thing lacking on this property is noise control. We tried to take an afternoon nap, when the marching band drum core started rehearsing. I laughed it off as part of the very colorful island culture. Also, I did not want to swim in the pool as the sea birds think it's their pool. Although i could see that someone was trying to keep it clean. I'll stay there again without a doubt."

"This property has an excellent view and is located in between two popular beaches! The AC was cold. The kitchen was ready for meal preparation. The beds were comfortable. Plenty linens. amiable staff. I will stay there again."

"Great stay from start to the end! Great location and unbeatable view. Easy access to Brewers bay and Cane Garden bay. The House was very clean and well maintained which is tough in a tropical environment. The host Tom met us in Road Town and guided us to the house, which was much appreciated! We had no issues or concerns during our stay, I highly recommend Villa Matija!"
